All students MUST read the Information Sheet and the Schedule for the unit BEFORE THE FIRST LECTURE. The sheets include important information on the class schedule and the assessment breakdown.

  • The final exam will take place on Friday 24 February 2017 at 1:50pm in Carslaw 451/452. Tables for the exam.
  • Consultation hours will be on Fridays at 1-3 pm in Carslaw Room 610
  • The first quiz will include ODEs and Laplace Transforms (all of notes 1-2). There will be no questions on PDEs. Questions will be similar to tutorials (1-4) and assignments (1-2).
  • The second quiz will include Laplace's equation and Fourier Series (p. 71-108 from the notes).
  • The better mark principle will apply to quizzes and assignments.
