Elementary divisors of Gram matrices of Specht modules.
Friday 22nd March, 12-1pm, Carslaw 373.We determine the elementary divisors of the Gram matrices of the Specht modules of the symmetric group indexed by two rowed partitions. The allows us to compute the Jantzen filtration of these modules. Similar results are obtained for `large' primes using results of Carter-Payne and Kleshchev.
