MATH 2917 Special Studies Seminar: Lewis -- Topological Fundamentals, Manifolds

David Lewis will give a review of basic metric topology, including compactness
and the Heine-Borel Theorem.  He will also explain what it means for a subset of
Euclidean space to be a smooth manifold of dimension n, and give some examples.  

All are welcome to come and support our second-year special studies students.
